
Museo Casa Carducci offers the opportunity to visit the rooms where the famous poet Giosuè Carducci lived.
The Nobel prize was guest of the Espinassi Moratti family for long periods and in these rooms he wrote some of his most famous poetries like “San Martino”
His studio where he wrote and were you can find his papers, some very important document that testify the life of Carducci and typical objects of the period. His bedroom with all the particular elements used at that time in the normal life.
A very important and social project is connected with the museum, infact who is taking care of the museum are the people of Altremani coop; an organization that handles job placement for people who live in difficult conditions. (www.altremani.org) In particular they use the know-how of traditional local crafts to employe these people in amazing project and be ready to create products with a strong social impact.

June Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 10 pm
July and August: from 10 am to 1:30 pm and from 5 pm to 10:30 pm
November, Dicember, January and February: Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm
